The opportunities, challenges, and assignments in my career enabled me to hone my strengths and learn from my failures. My journey with Shell, Nalco, and now Kroff has solidified these 5 core attributes that I strive to live out every day: • RELENTLESS PROBLEM SOLVER: leverage my competence and experiences, and then as many external resources as needed, to solve the critical problems. • CUSTOMER FOCUSED: Determined to meet and then exceed my customer’s expectations • COURAGE: I take the risk of having difficult conversations whenever necessary • CURIOUSITY: A hunger to understand how things work, not satisfied with band-aid fixes • PARTNERSHIP BUILDER – I engage across all levels required in an organization to bring connection and alignment. • LEADER: to me this is sacrifice, caring for the least, and doing what is right, while bringing joy and encouragement to those around me. My experiences at Shell and Nalco over 20 years have equipped me to bring a true customer-centric approach to Water Treatment in my role with Kroff Chemical. In addition to work, spending time with my family and living out my family are core to who I am. I also love playing sports, hiking, reading, coaching, running, and just being in nature. Soccer and golf are the two sports I play most often, but skiing, pickleball, sand volleyball, and fishing are also up there on activities I enjoy.
