Key Accomplishments ✅ Led establishment of a new operation subsequent to the formation of a joint venture (JV) between Ford and VW. ✅ Drove project implementation within a budget of $72M, below the target of $100M. ✅ Revamped old equipment and optimised production lines to achieve an 85% OEE, surpassing the previous 60%. ✅ Managed various projects with budgets ranging from $70M to $3.2B while participating in budget definition. ✅Reduced headcount to meet Return to Operation (RTO) targets of 25% below the planned levels. ✅Entered the realm of construction management and PMCM to support the construction of a new EV plant in the growing Automotive market in Saudi Arabia Let's connect and explore how I can contribute to your team's success.

I’ve taken on the challenge of Project Director at Hill, working on a project that will make the Kingdom a major player in the electric vehicle battery space. I’ll be leading manufacturing for the new Lucid Automotive Manufacturing plant, aiming to make this facility a leader in both technology and sustanbility standards.
