More than 20 years of professional experience: o In managing global and local projects including their documentation and reporting o In project planning, its implementation including the introduction of new and existing products for the flat roof and pitched roof market o In responsibility for the quality of various system and their components, in the processing of customer enquiries and analyses of customer claims o In the creation and analysis of competitive products and systems and their evaluation o Experience in creating Product Data Sheets, Declaration on Performance, Method Statements and, Brochures according to European and country-specific Standards o In dealing with our internal departments and our external producers as well as partners o In various manufacturing processes and joining techniques: extrusion technology (profile, films), injection mold-ing technology, thermoforming, 3d printing o Familiar with many testing methods such as mechanical testing, thermal & electrical testing, spectroscopy, chromatography o In the elaboration of global trainings and educations of internal personnel Successful in project planning and implementation of new products and their systems o Successful material developments for 3d printing (FFF & PEM) especially polyolefins and PVC-(p) o Introduction and implementation of high-quality membranes and their accessories for flat roofs and pitched roofs o Development of HF weldable FPO membrane for detailed applications in the pitched roof segment o Introduction and implementation of various system components for flat and pitched roofs (injection moulding technology, thermoforming, profile extrusion, 3dprinting and contact welding) o Development of ecological flame-retardant and weather-resistant extruded and injection moulded accessories for outdoor use in roof systems. o Development and design of mounting systems for solar cells in roof applications o Implementation and introduction in the EMEA and Americas market of coloured and high reflective TPO/PVC-p functional multi-layer membranes with 20 years warranty, increased colorfastness and low soiling behavior
