Currently studying full time at the University of Gloucestershire on the BSc (Hons) Cyber Security course. I have been a member of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets since 2019 I have progressed through the Cadet Non Commissioned Officer ranks being promoted to Cadet Warrant Officer, the highest rank that can be achieved as a Cadet. Throughout my years of experience I have expanded and developed my skills completing many courses including Leadership, First Aid and Method of Instruction. One highlight of my time within the organisation I have had the privilege to be selected to take part in the International Air Cadet Exchange where I went to Sweden for 2 weeks with a team of 5 others from the organisation. During our time in Sweden we represented the Royal Air Force Air Cadets on an international stage. Working as a Beauty Consultant in UK airports for CSA, I have worked on a number of promotions testing my communication and sales skills. With a high paced working environment and targets to meet I have worked on promotions including Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue (2025) and recently the launch in travel retail of Dolce & Gabbana Men's Devotion Parfum (2025).
Representing luxury brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez and more in Heathrow Airport’s high-volume duty-free retail setting. Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, engaging with a diverse global clientele. Promoting new product launches and drive consistent achievement of sales targets through persuasive communication and deep product knowledge. Creating memorable customer experiences, contributing to brand loyalty and repeat business. Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards to reflect the prestige of each brand. Ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming retail environment by adhering strictly to all security and operational protocols.
Working within the organisation as a Senior Cadet Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) to help teach cadets academics for their classification training as well as practical skills such as leadership. Managing the Squadron's NCO (leadership) team and assisting to further develop their own personal skills. Currently as a Drum Major for L&SER (London and South East Region) and Surrey Wing, leading marching bands to numerous events including the opening ceremony to the International Defence Rugby Competition at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Achieving the "Best Drum Major" Award two years in a row (2024 & 2025) showing outstanding dedication to the role while also teaching others to take over the role for future parades.
During my week placement I undertook several roles from serving customers in the Café to working in the control tower. I learnt many things over the week however the biggest take away was how to serve customers and how to communicate with them openly and with a smile.
