• Evolve factory footprint in line with mid-range plan • Drive on strategic operations investment • Champion cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality improvement and flexibility • Operations strategic improvements and reconfiguration of the Network • Support global procurement activities • Management of interdisciplinary projects related to Operations (supply chain, manufacturing, capacity management, cost reduction, standardization) • Result oriented management of global projects and teams across several locations/regions and functions • Execution of concept studies, also with the involvement of third party consultants
