This position was the spring-board into the creation of RBC's Financial Planning platform that was the first among Canada's large banks to offer Financial Planning services to the branch offices. Consistently ranked in the top 3 in Quebec in terms of overall performance which was comprised of various metrics including client satisfaction and growth of assets under management. Excelled at generating new business and creating strong networks of professional collaboration among accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and existing clients in many different lines of business who recognized the value I brought to them and who entrusted me with powerful word-of-mouth referrals. This was a very rewarding experience and formed the basis for my eventual transition into Financial Planning.
