Joining Chiltern Railways in 2001 as a graduate trainee allowed me to experience a range of different departments, and develop a wide range of contacts. I have extensive knowledge of the control and operational enviroment - working as an information controller, duty control manager, and seconded to cover for Head of Control. In additon to assisting on successful bids Currently I am Head of Performance and have 12 years experience in the performance community. I am skilled in Performance Planning - JPIP/PPRP Performance Regimes - Schedule 8 (including recalibration), Schedule 4, TCIP, SFIP, PIP Timetable anaylsis DfT and ORR Liaison Management of Network Rail and LUL Qualified EFQM assessor
