Lead for all storage servers and services, both NAS and SAN (Oversaw the development, installation, configuration and allocation of SAN and NAS systems including N Series IBM Storage and DS8000 series systems). Directed storage group's prioritizing of work as well as the creation, organization, and approval of regulated changes to the systems controlled by IBM. Managed complex vender relationships with multiple venders to ensure OLA and SLA compliance across multiple sites in multiple countries.
