I am an experienced tax manager, providing advice to clients on all aspects of UK personal, trust and corporate taxes. I have particular interest in and understanding of the law of residence and domicile including offshore structures. I have considerable experience of HMRC enquiries, such as Code of Practice 9 investigations, particularly those with an overseas element. Many of my clients are high-net-worth individuals with successful private companies whose growth I have assisted with advice on efficient business structuring, profit extraction, share schemes, succession planning, etc. I have been the tax manager in a firm of chartered accountants for over 10 years, and have been in practice for over 25 years.
