⦁ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for local and remote staff. ⦁ Maintain asset management for local and remote desktop equipment. ⦁ Troubleshoot Cisco voice systems ⦁ Manage A/V event and conference rooms; hosting executive meetings, presentations and political town halls.
⦁ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for local and remote WTW and ExtendHealth staff. Manage users & computers with AD, O365 and DUO. ⦁ Maintain asset management for local and remote equipment.
⦁ Troubleshoot desktop software, hardware, Office 365 accounts, voice systems, and servers; providing direct or remote assistance to office staff. ⦁ Manage and inventory local equipment. Assist with designing new asset management protocol for transitioning to a new inventory management system, Salesforce. ⦁ Maintain UCL classroom functionality, including full audio visual setups for remote teaching over Zoom. ⦁ Maintain and design UCL student labs for general use and for ever changing classes/programs offered each semester. Cleaning old profiles and software, installing and testing newly requested software. ⦁ Maintain and design computer management and software deployment packages using Active Directory and Filewave. ⦁ Manage and maintain checkout laptops for staff and students. Designed and implemented a laptop checkout lab for staff classes/programs and student examinations. ⦁ Onboard new staff with prepared laptops by department.
⦁ Meet with clients and management to determine project expectations, then report/address any complications fulfilling client requests while providing possible alternatives to meet their needs. ⦁ Design and modify production processes to meet project expectations and deadlines; Facilitate new staging builds for tablets, scanners, and mobile devices and application updates using mobile device management services, Mobolink and SOTI MobiControl. Some device images designed using Windows or Linux. ⦁ Stage/Image requested quantity of devices per location; manage and design processes to accurately track and distribute ordered devices by client and sub locations. ⦁ Manage and maintain assets/inventory for local and in-service devices and equipment. ⦁ Build and solder security cameras, following blueprint design. ⦁ Point of contact for troubleshooting, device repair and replacement.
⦁ Meet with management to determine deployment processes to refresh all Dominion Energy Windows machines to Windows 10. ⦁ Meet with other design teams to safe and securely transition machines to Win10 including: office desktops/laptops, server and software management tools, field technician rugged/mobile/gps/remote omg wifi for their service vehicles. ⦁ Provide brief training on Win10, O365, Onedrive, Provide quality assurance, and troubleshooting for desktop software/hardware, voice systems, gps, and network for local and remote staff as and after we deploy their new Win10 machines. ⦁ Maintain asset management for local and deployed equipment, tracking project progress meeting expected deadlines.
