Maintain and update all site project documentation to ensure triple certification compliance. Conduct ICAM investigations and provide reports, advice/support to management and maintain all records of any breaches, accidents or injuries. Complete weekly and monthly site statistical safety reports for corporate and client. Facilitate one on one or group training for employees and contractors. Facilitate with employees and supervisors to implement appropriate SWMS documentation. Regular reviews of SWMS and risk assessments. Facilitate Inductions of visitor, new employees and subcontractors. Develop and deliver suitable health, safety and environmental related training for all staff. Daily high risk activity inspections and audits of employees and subcontractor onsite for health safety and environmental compliance. Maintain and manage injury management claims and ongoing RTW process. Manage and update online and site hazardous substances management databases. Develop scheduled toolbox talks for workforce. Provide daily advice and assistance to leaders and employees on health, safety and environmental issues. Develop and maintain good working relationship with customer, staff and employees. Keep abreast of changes to WHS legislation, standards and code of practice.
Design, weld and repair metal fabrications for small projects and individual customers. Daily management of business and workshop facilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site, health, safety and environment procedures and policies. • Manage and update site risk profiles and registers for company small sites. • Obtain and maintain site 18001 / 4801 / 14001 third party certification. • Conduct ICAM investigations. • Maintain and update site incident investigation database. • Facilitate with employees and supervisors to implement appropriate safe work method statements and risk assessments. • Review and approve subcontractor safety management plans and relating SWMS documentation. • Maintain WorkCover injury management claims and ongoing RTW process. • Maintain WHS consultative arrangements with workforce committee,and external parties. • Conduct audits to A/S 4801, ISO 9001, 14001 standards. • Inspections of subcontractor for health safety and environmental compliance. • Provide advice and assistance to leaders and employees on health, safety and environmental issues. • Manage and update hazardous and dangerous goods management database. • Inductions of visitor, new employees and subcontractors. • Develop and deliver suitable health, safety and environmental related training. • Monitor the co-ordination and maintenance of annual employee health medical testing. • Keep abreast of changes to WHS legislation, standards and code of practice.
• Facilitate daily pre-start safety meetings for site workforce. • Develop site safety management plans for construction, building, mining, maintenance and engineering projects. • Facilitate HSE risk assessments for construction mining upgrades, and NSW facilities school management and engineering projects. • Facilitate with employees and supervisors to implement appropriate SWMS documentation. • Review and approve subcontractor safety management plans and relating documentation. • Manage subcontractor onsite compliance for construction, mining, facilities school management maintenance and engineering projects. • Assist site project managers and employees to comply with company safety management systems and procedures. • Conduct ICAM Incident Investigations and provide reports. • Identify health, safety and environmental training for employees, and facilitate training. • Conduct audits to A/S 4801, ISO 9001, 14001 standards. • Document safety performance and provide reports. • Provide resource information to employees on safety health and the environment. • Weekly inductions of employees and subcontractors for construction, engineering, facilities school management projects. • Facilitate rehabilitation management in self-insured and WorkCover environment.
