As a Professional Services analyst, I work with Medallia’s SaaS product and am responsible for the implementation, design, and configuration of our software on accounts worth over $7mil in swACV. My responsibilities include developing and executing project plans involving cross-functional internal and client teams, building and maintaining client relationships, scoping and managing budgets for servicing contracts, advising on customer experience best practices, and analyzing survey data through Medallia’s software tools to uncover actionable pieces of feedback.
