I have a wide reaching skill set with diverse experiences in many different areas of engineering and construction including but not limited to; food production, food safety, manufacturing construction, ammonia refrigeration, mechanical systems, civil/structural, electrical/electronics/controls, environmental, water/wastewater treatment, architectural millwork, residential rough framing, finish carpentry, custom woodworking, and cabinetry.

o Subcontract buyout, writing of subcontracts with subcontract value average of $6M o Budget forecasting and change management/cost control – original project value of $38M was revised to $70M: changes related to owner directives as well as remediation costs from COVID-related shutdown o Schedule development and management o Relationship management between owners (internal customers), design team, local municipalities/community and trades o Site supervision and logistics experience and relationship building/management with sub-trades in the field
