1. Covering topics including strategy planning, business planning, digitalization, sourcing & procurement transformation, business process re-engineering etc., primarily in resource, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. 2. Being involved in delivering business proposals for consulting projects, developing business cases and plans. 3. Build and maintain customer relationship, work with client staff and management team, deliver recommendations and present findings. 4. Developing robust hypotheses to facilitate the formulation and structure of solutions to key client issues and strategic questions 5. Work as onsite manager to manage and deliver high quality projects and results ensuring highest customer satisfaction. Provide project methodology and market insights to other team, drive the content of deliverables and presentations to clients. 6. Lead and deliver market and operational reviews, strategic studies and business plan reviews.
1. Procurement transformation including sourcing strategy, business process, organization optimization, roles & responsibility, supplier management and conduct trainings to clients’ team. 2. Category lifecycle management including new supplier development, RFX, sampling, trail run, incumbent supplier management, cost reduction etc. 3. Working on the selling cycle to large size customers delivering business proposals of sourcing strategy, spend analysis, supplier management, procurement solution, cost reductions etc.
