Results-driven Program Manager with 15 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of tech — from scaling a scrappy AI startup to a $60M acquisition, to navigating the complexity of a large health IT software corporation. Proven track record of managing high-impact programs for customers across the U.S. and globally, with the adaptability to thrive in both fast-moving startup environments and structured enterprise settings. A passionate traveler and lifelong learner, I bring genuine curiosity about people and cultures that fuels how I build relationships and lead programs.
Over 8 years ago, I joined a small emotion & behavioral AI startup at the ground level and played an integral role in scaling it from an early-stage venture into a company that was ultimately acquired for $60 million. Serving as the lead program manager across major customer accounts, I was instrumental in driving client relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering complex AI-powered solutions at scale. My work helped establish operational and customer success foundations that fueled the company's growth and made it an attractive acquisition target. - Led implementation and deployment of AI-driven behavioral analytics pilots for customer contact centers of major Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Verizon, and British Telecom, driving improvements in key KPIs such as Customer Experience, AHT/FCR, turnover reduction, etc., creating millions of dollars of savings for customers and unlocking expansion projects to increase seat count and additional sales. - Managed customers and internal workstreams and navigated change management through an acquisition of our AI startup (Cogito) one year ago by our new parent company (Verint) and working to integrate it into the center of Verint’s Customer Experience software while maintaining legacy and transitional support. Then, through a second acquisition of our Verint parent company a few months ago by private equity firm Thoma Bravo for $2 Billion dollars (including a merger with software company Calabrio), who sought our Cogito AI as a key part of their merger direction. - Coordinated integration of Cogito’s platform with enterprise systems like telephony, CRM, and business intelligence tools, ensuring scalability in cloud environments for clients in sales, customer service, telecommunications, software, and healthcare. Achieved key milestones such as launching in-call guidance solutions that analyze non-verbal cues in real-time, backed by millions of data points from deployed programs.
