I am an experienced professional with a demonstrated history in the biological crop protection industry, and a lifelong career in Operations Management. I have a deep knowledge of developing and mass producing biological control agents. My passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement and innovation always has been the common thread throughout my work. Along the way I have gathered extensive experience in a variety of skills, like: Change Management, Innovation and Sustainability, Continuous and Process improvement, Portfolio and Project management.
In this role I remain responsible for the same fields of expertise as in my previous role. In addition, the Global Supply Chain organization and Koppert’s Technical Department has been added to my responsibilities. Together with my team, I use my knowledge, expertise and global network to develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
In this position I was responsible for all international macrobials production sites, as well as for (Macro) Research and Development (R&D) and Total Quality Management (TQM).
