Passionate about driving organisational excellence, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality management, and alignment with company goals. My mission is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration. At Parsons, I led key operational functions, including programme/project initiation, controls, contract management, and procurement, while partnering closely with global and regional leaders. Vice-Chairman / Chairman of Mini & Youth for Rugby Club Management, 'RCM' - and formerly the Chair of UAE Rugby Federation's Mini & Youth Committee. RCM is the 'club owned' entity now appointed to organise, manage and administer competitive rugby in the Gulf, from juniors to Adults, including the UAE Premier League and West Asia Premiership; I have led the team responsible for junior rugby (in my own time and on an unpaid volunteer basis) in the region for the past 10-years.
