With over a decade of leadership experience, I have served as a Regional Operations Director - overseeing strategic operations, project mobilisation, and programme assurance - corporate Head of Planning & Controls, and as a major Programme Director. Passionate about driving organisational excellence, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality management, and alignment with company goals. My mission is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration.
