I am current work as a Deployment project engineer with a demonstrated history in telecommunication industry. With 5 years field and 2 years project managment experience, I have solid experence for all the aspect of the project from begining to the end. As a Deployment project engineer now, I am able to effectively managing, allocating and co-coordinating resources, systems and processes to successfully meet project deliverables within time, budget and to a high standard of quality.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team of designers, engineers and project support team members the primary objective is to deploy all IBC sites (including DAS plumbing) for the addition of 4G and 5G technologies to new and existing sites. - Co-ordination and management of field related activities during For Construction and As Built phases in order to ensure correct build as per DAS design, and to avoid any customer impacts/complaints due to network performance issues or build errors. - Undertake Site Visits that include: Inspections, Scoping Visits, Design Visits, Site Inductions, HSE and Quality Audits. - Support field staff in troubleshooting on site faults and/or commissioning/integration/performance issues. - Support the project in the delivery of financial performance to agreed budget.
- Planning and scheduling daily/weekly activities for field teams and subcontractors. - Estimating project cost based on site photos, FC and other design document. - Ensures that the quality of the work meets the standards, guidelines, and instructions. - Prepares Hand-Over package and relevant documentation after completion of the work. - Provide technical support for field team when required
- BTS installation for both IBC DAS plug-in project and macro 5G upgrade for Telstra, Optus and TPG. - DAS (distributed antenna system) installation, commissioning and testing, including PIM and Sweep test - Conduct SDV, providing all the required information for designers - Vodafone site lifecycle maintenance - Experienced in installation and Upgrade of DC Power rack systems including rectifiers, batteries and load testing - Experienced with installation of cabinets, racks, jumper, rectifiers, DC power, cabling, alarms - Team leader of the field team to scheduling of day to day activities, preparing and managing detailed work schedules and forecast - Strong safety focus to ensure WHS Policy requirements are observed and followed
- NBN field survey for both HFC and FTTB. - Vodafone transmission work, migration and decommission - Huawei BTS Installation, Commissioning, and Integration - DC Rack Installation, Commission, and testing - VHA and Optus DAS work including new DAS build and existing upgrade.
