I provided executive oversight of Tegria's Digital Transformation, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle Consulting and Managed Services.
In this role as a business-unit agnostic member of Tegria's Executive Leadership Team, I worked with my peers to establish corporate objectives and develop / execute business plans to accomplish them. I led a team that provides review, perspective, and/or management of high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives in areas such as organizational design, operational efficiency, FP&A, go-to market, solution development, M&A, and partnerships.
