• Led out implementation of emergency and development project activities, improving social, economic, and environmental well-being of 114,818 refugees, returnees, internally displaced persons and host communities through in-kind and cash assistance (GFD, Nutrition &School meals). • Responsible for all humanitarian coordination meetings with other UN agencies, partners and local authorities; Chair of FSL Cluster of ICCG and Humanitarian Coordination Forum chaired by OCHA. • Provided income generating training and start-up kits to 100 women and youth trained in carpentry, masonry, plumber, catering and hospitality resulted to improved community livelihoods. • Proactively resolved operational issues of road inaccessibility and inadequacy of cash transfer institutions through broad engagement enable delivery of cash and in-kind commodities timely. • Supported the team through training and mentoring to achieve results and enable high performance, enhancing staff capacity to deliver effectively. • Ensured consistent programme operations in line with WFP policies, SOPs and other relevant guidance, contributing to selection of appropriate delivery modalities. • Conducted needs/market-based assessments and data analysis, enhancing opportunities for deployment and testing of innovative approaches. • Ensured adequate monitoring of programme activities enabling corrective actions and improved design and implementation of programme activity. • Prepared accurate and timely activity implementation plans and reports enhancing informed response and consistency of information follow to stakeholders.
