Reviewed and monitored HSE obligations of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance as documented in the terms of agreement, and communicated to the Project Manager, Supervisors, Foreman and Safety Advisors. Ensured implementation according to schedule and participate at regular emergency preparedness drills, and follow-up recommended improvement measures following such exercises. Assisted with the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine their underlying causes, reported every anomalies and effected corrective actions. Monitored the implementation of actions arising from incidents, audited and analysed lessons learnt. Collaborated with engineers and physicians to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment. Conducted HSE training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
