Brussels Metropolitan Area
After earning a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Literature, I started out teaching languages to political refugees and working as a freelance journalist. At 29, I moved to the advertising world, aiming to make it less about advertising and more about authenticity. I focus on purpose and innovative thinking in my role as a Creative Director. This approach has led to 45 Cannes Lions and 23 Effie Awards. I am most proud of my book 'Great Minds Think Unalike', published by Lannoo, which highlights the strengths of neurodivergent minds. It has been translated into Dutch, English, and Russian. In recent years, my agency AKQA Brussels became the first Belgian agency to win the titles of Agency Of The Year, Creative Agency, and Digital Creative Agency in the same year. We continue to build on this streak. I'm the proud father of three children and married to a real entrepreneur, Emily Rammant, the co-founder of Bright Lights, the first consultancy and talent agency uniting gifted profiles to tackle company problems.
