Leitete die Transformation von ENEXIO Water Technologies von einer traditionellen Fertigungsorganisation zu einem unabhängigen internationalen Engineering-Unternehmen nach dem Carve-out aus der GEA Group. Steuerte erfolgreich den Corporate Carve-out aus der GEA Group und etablierte eine eigenständige Unternehmensplattform mit internationalen Engineering- und Fertigungskapazitäten. Positionierte das Unternehmen neu im Bereich fortschrittlicher Wasser- und Gasaufbereitungslösungen und stärkte dadurch Marktpräsenz und strategische Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Baute dedizierte Engineering-Strukturen auf und entwickelte sie weiter, um nachhaltige Infrastruktur- und Umwelttechnologieprojekte zu unterstützen.
