- Responsible for complex realization of investment projects at plant Rohoznik - Team leader of project managers - Realization of projects in average budget 15 millions EUR/year Key projects : - Electricity generating facility from waste heat at plant Rohoznik (2012 – 2014): Directly responsible for preparation, realization and commissioning of the project. The budget of the investment action was 19 million EUR. The result of the project is 18% savings of electric energy consumption at cement plant Rohoznik - Modernization of cement mill /Separation circuit (2011 – 2012) : Directly responsible for preparation, realization and commissioning. The budget of investment action was 4 million EUR. The goal and result of the project was to increase capacity and efficiency of separation part of the cement producing line and finally savings of electric energy (specific consumption of electric energy for metric ton of produced cement) - Dosing of alternative fuels into system of grey cement kiln (2011-2012) : Directly responsible for preparation, realization and commissioning. The budget of investment action was 4,7 million EUR. After this project realization, the plant Rohoznik was able to replace with alternative fuels up to 80% of conventional fuels. Saving represents 3,5 million EUR/ year - Dosing of oils into system of white cement kiln (2008-2009) : Team leader and responsible for preparation, realization and commissioning. The budget of the project was 2 million EUR. The goal and result is partial replacement of conventional fuels. - Bypass/exhaust of chlorine dust from grey cement kiln (2006-2007) : Team leader and responsible for preparation, realization and commissioning The budget of the project was 4,4 million EUR. It was necessary to realize the project as with the dosing of alternative fuels into system the concentration of chlorine in cement has increased. Legislative requirement.
- Assigned to the department of regional support for plants in East Europe (seat in Bratislava) - Responsible for preparation of the projects Bypass/exhausting of chlorine dust from rotary kiln for cement plants in Alesd and Campulung in Romania - The total budget of both projects was 12 million EUR - Responsible for preparation of project documentation, tenders, budgets, contracts with main contractors, schedules of works
- Responsible for realization and commissioning of the project Transport, dosing and combustion of alternative fuels in the system of grey cement kiln. Integral part of the project was installation of Hotdisc – combustion facility, at that time the second installation of this art in the world. The budget of investment project was 7 million EUR - Member of project team responsible for modernization of grey cement production line at plant Rohoznik. It was the most important investment project at plant Rohoznik from existence. Costs for investment achieved 65 million EUR. I was responsible for installation of the part Clinker cooler and dedusting. The prime contractor for this project was F.L.Smidth Denmark.
