I gained experience in working in international environment in various jobs and companies over the past 20+ years. Currently located in Hungary and responsible as the CFO for two wind power companies of Siemens Gamesa in Hungary. I am currently also responsible for the commercial services of our company’s Onshore projects business within the NE&ME region. I previously gained experience both in headquarter and regional finance and commercial roles as well as worked in the consulting industry and corporate finance. Qualifications include besides the basic economic studies both a legal degree and a master's degree.
CFO for the SGRE business in Hungary
CFO for two legal entities, one in Hungary and one in Austria. This latter company has branches in 4 other countries
- Overall P&L responsibility for the performance of the Building Technologies Division within UK and Ireland as a finance director. - Responsible for a finance and commercial team of >30 - Responsible for the adherence to corporate, financial and accounting rules and guidelines - Responsible for the financial and commercial processes within the division - Responsible budgeting, forecasting, month end / year end closing processes and all kinds of financial reporting
Area of responsibility: Commercial tasks for the combined business of fire and security in the European (excl. Germany) countries Carries P&L responsibility for the FSS business in Europe.
Responsible for Controlling of the I BT entities in Asia – Pacific, Central Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey, as well as contributing to the Controlling for USA and Canada Responsible for the Commercial Project Management training within BT Within regional controlling team of BT HQ, the responsible for the Asset Management teamwork
- Preparing business valuation reports of various sectors (real estate, retail and wholesale trade, oil business, financial sector, etc.) - Participating in and later on leading due diligence teams - Preparing feasibility, market and market entry studies - Supervising a continuously changing team of 3-7 consultants, also including tax experts and lawyers on a case by case basis
- Team member for the restructuring after K&H Group was acquired by the Belgian KBC Group - Responsible contact person to the Belgian HQ in the investment bank - Preparation and execution of several IPOs, M&A transactions, private placements and stock exchange listings - Contact person to the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority and the Budapest Stock Exchange
