I filed and followed up plethora of cases from the Customary court to the Magistrate court, up to the Court of Appeal. I worked with the firm's Librarian, in the management of the firm's library, arrangement of cases files, law reports, and other law and non-law related books. I made wide and vast researches on diverse areas of law and legislations including but not limited to the recently amended CAMA, 2020 and Police Act, 2020. I wrote letters and petitions to administrative and governmental bodies. I engaged in productive discussions with the Associate and Senior Associate Counsel I was actively involved practically, in the takeover of companies that failed to liquidate their debts to banks and other financial institutions, by court orders
The election was slated for the Local governments and Local council chairmanship offices; it was also for the offices of councilors across all the wards in the state. I was posted alongside my Presiding Officer to Ward A at Oduduwa Junction in Oworonshoki, Lagos State by LASIEC to assist him in: setting up the voting cubicle making sure voters' names in the registers correspond with their PVCs making sure the voters voted in the correct polling unit ensuring that every voter that came was attended to within the specific time slated.
I edited and proofread articles for publication. I prepared professional emails and memos. I drafted Business Proposal. I reviewed a recommendation report. At the end of the internship, I was awarded the certificate of Business Writing.
