As a global supply chain leader, I operate at the intersection of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Tenured in the automotive industry, I optimize complex supply chains across international geographies. I do this while leading high-performing teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveries for vehicle launches. My proactive approach to risk management is the primary driver to continued business continuity while I leverage data-driven insights to capture efficiencies and build resilient supply chains that align with evolving market demands. With a robust and upward trajectory inside Ford, my career has allowed me to manage supply chains across multiple regions, halt losses, enhance inventory management, and optimize capital equipment utilization. I have successfully established production, uncovered trends to influence future planning, broken down siloes between teams, and played a key role in the acceleration of Ford's capabilities in global regions. I have led global teams across North and South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific while adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of electric vehicles and automotive manufacturing. Together with my teams, we oversee multi-billion-dollar sourcing strategies, navigate vehicle launches, or steer large-scale transformations while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence. I was tapped for a newly created role, returning to supply chain operations with an expanded focus on risk management. My goal is to develop strategies and solutions around lost units, while shifting our approach to risk management from reactive to proactive.
I was tasked with creating a new leadership role to oversee component sourcing, supplier management, and program execution, with a strong focus on ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveries for vehicle launches. I led a team of 60+ people, including 3 management-level direct reports, and worked closely across functions to ensure alignment and success. TOP ACHIEVEMENTS SPAN: ► Partnered to lead through shift in EV strategy and capacity, introducing innovative approaches to capital equipment utilization, including redeployment and repurposing of assets to maximize value and minimize waste. ►Championed dual sourcing strategies, ensuring stable supply chains across both ICE and EV components while mitigating risks tied to shifting production priorities.
I was promoted to lead the supply chain for both the Ford Blue (ICE) and Ford Model E (EV) divisions, where I oversaw operations, program management, and capacity planning for ICE while also supporting the growing demands of Model E. I managed a team of 60, including 4 Directors and 3 Senior Managers, and worked closely with the COO of Operations and Chief Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and drive success across both divisions. TOP ACHIEVEMENTS SPAN: ► Stabilized production, swiftly addressing root causes of order scheduling instability and maximizing production throughput across the supply chain network (700+ suppliers). ► Marshalled creation of comprehensive dashboard, utilizing data analytics to track and analyze root causes and trends to accelerate planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
