Joined Thermo Fisher Scientific and a start up business unit to bring disruptive technology to the market. The Cascdion SM Clinical Analyzer was introduced in Europe in 2017 as the first ever fully automated clinical LC-MS solution for routine clinical labs. I recruited hired an lead a team up to 9 people including Regional Marketing Managers and Marketing Communications positions. Together we executed a global plan to generate awareness in the market, create relationships with Key Opinion Leaders focused heavily on integrated marketing tactics to produce quality leads for the sales team. Lead a team of product marketing managers and field marketing to position Roche as a leader in a Total Solution for clinical labs including pre-analytics, analytics and post analytics. Launched new products for automated storage and retrieval and stand alone task targeted automation solutions.
Was responsible for leading a successful product launch of the most significant product introduction for Centralized Diagnostics focused on our mid-volume hospital lab segment, the cobas 6000 analyzer series. Drove organizational alignment, the completion of necessary launch deliverables, and the successful planning and execution of the launch plan. Yielded a high degree of sales team confidence and early customer satisfaction and market penetration.
Successfully entered in the Diagnostics segment of Healthcare by transitioning my change management and process improvement experience via Six Sigma. Became Roche Six Sigma Black Belt certified within 12 months and lead over 15 projects in 5 different business areas within the company.
