Manage team of Systems Engineers responsible for Pre- and Post-Sales support of all Brocade LAN and SAN partners and customers in the Pacific Northwest region, including setting objectives and priorities in alignment with Corporate direction. Manage regional budget, interview and hire new staff, perform reviews, council employees, and take disciplinary action as necessary. Work closely with Divisional Sales Management to set team direction and motivate field sales teams to consistently achieve or exceed quota expectations. Ensure customer satisfaction through personal contact, sales enablement, and problem escalation.
