A highly skilled aircraft engineer, with a wealth of management and supervisory experience honed from leading a team of 25+ RAF and BAES engineers maintaining the Typhoon (Euro-fighter) Weapons platform. Educated to master's degree level in the field of education and training, I have 20+ years instructional experience in the Post Compulsory Education sector, where I have delivered experiential, theoretical and practical exercises to support learning in both the public and private sectors. I have an excellent working knowledge of both SAT and DSAT.A competent manager with proven track record with over 38 years' experience in the Aerospace industry, including RAF Service, for which I hold an NSV - Security Clearance until 2027. Having previously and frequently deployed to austere locations, I am comfortable when working in demanding environments, whether that be Aircraft Forward & Depth Maintenance, Explosive Safety & Preparation or Instructional duties. I have a wealth of Health & Safety experience coupled with an excellent working knowledge of MAA & EASA regulations Part 145 and Part 147 from working embedded within Industry. During my career I have been responsible for the compilation of Technical Publications & Engineering Instructions issued to Typhoon Force engineers and the wider MAA community.
