Subject Matter Expert (SME) (Training Manager), Officer & Aircrew Training Project I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating the development of new and updated military aviation training for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) at the King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA) in Riyadh where military cadets are trained to become officers in the following specialties: • Pilot • Weapon Systems Officer • Navigator • Air Traffic Controller • Weapons Director My focus is on the academic and developmental ground training before the cadets undertake their flying and specialist training.
