Recruitment Manager leading a team to deliver recruitment services in a not-for-profit healthcare provider, delivering the full end to end recruitment process. I was responsible for leading and motivating a team of Talent Specialists, ensuring that client expectations and contract requirements were achieved. I led the delivery of client Early Careers (Graduate) and Apprenticeships recruitment campaigns across the UK, from vacancy, screening, including the design, management and facilitation of assessment centres, through to offer and onboarding phases. I defined and implemented recruitment strategies to meet resourcing needs through engagement with hiring managers, and determined the utilisation of recruitment platforms to create talent pipelines. I provided advice and guidance, based on recruitment best practice and market conditions, and managed the applicants’ experience throughout each campaign. I collated and presented management information, on key performance indicators, and ensured that all due diligence requirements were met.
