Project Manager driving IT implementation processes for core clinical application functionality roll-out, current-state ancillary systems assessments and upgrades. Focused extensively on cardiovascular applications including Epic Cupid, Cedaron CardiacCare, Medstreaming, GE Muse/Case, CardioLab and CCW, Philips XPER and ISCV. Rolled out eConsents in Epic across procedural, inpatient and ambulatory spaces utilizing Epic Welcome, mobile devices and eSignature devices including touchscreen laptops, Apple iPads and Topaz eSignature pads. Extensive involvement in project budgeting, feasibility efforts, hardware procurement processes and vendor management across service lines. Drove hardware and device testing efforts and cutover planning for 9 separate cardiovascular IT vendors and corresponding modalities (ultrasound carts, EKG carts, Stress treadmills, Cath/EP hemodynamic and recording systems) in addition historical results conversion from legacy systems. Provided feedback and strategic advisement on current iterations and future direction of DeepNFTValue products, services, branding and positioning. Assisted DeepNFTValue CEO with Web3 B2B and B2C engagements to drive meaningful partnerships and integrations.
NFT Communities | CX | Advocacy Championed cross-functional support readiness for customer experience teams in preparation for Coinbase NFT product launches, including product support operations, BPO vendor management, content moderation, training, analytics, knowledge management and partner success management. Scaled the Drops program, partnering with 30+ creators, artists, brands, account managers and developers to launch NFT projects in Q3 and Q4 of 2022.
