Responsible for implementation of Doka BIM strategy in MEA. Develops technical solutions for all types of complex forming projects. Making advanced static calculations, 3D designs, animations and visualizations. Analyzing structures using parametric design tools in Rhino/ Grasshopper and Revit/Dynamo. Creating custom C# components for Grasshopper and Tekla. Producing and checking drawings and material lists.
Leading and motivating an engineering team. Delegating work packages according to skill and education level and ensuring the project objectives are met. Ensuring that the policies, procedures and standards of performance and compliance are adhered to. Training and promoting engineering trainings within the team. Working with sales and customers in determining the most technologically suitable and economical solution for variety of projects. Visiting construction sites and identifying and correcting any improper use of the company formwork equipment. Producing and approving drawings, static calculations and material lists in compliance with company standards and safety and regulatory guidelines.
