Architected the execution structure, via hybrid project management and complex cross-functional orchestration, that delivered $65M in P&L cost savings. Owned the change management program that protected $1B in revenue across a $100M enterprise transformation, migrating 28K+ client accounts from Home Depot Pro to HD Supply.
