I am a senior PMO manager who enables organizations to realize complex change initiatives. I have extensive knowledge of and experience with the implementation and optimization of change models and - processes. My specialization is the set-up and management of portfolio- and program offices. Never as a goal on it is own, but to create a controllable and controlled environment in which the best result possible can be realized. My approach is practical and pragmatical aiming at realizing (pre-)defined results. I have good organization- and communication skills, as well as organizational sensitivity. I do realize engaging results as a team player ensuring collaboration with and between people. I prefer a combination as PMO Manager with the role of Project Manager when possible. The experience as a Project Manager enables me to raise the challenges in the way of working quickly, and to define and implement the possible improvements. I have worked for large international corporations, for example Nationale Nederlanden, ING Bank, Achmea en ABN AMRO. The assignments focus on building-up, ensuring and sharing the knowledge on the change models and- processes within the organization. This to steer and manage the change initiatives. Examples are Prince2, CMMi and the transition to Agile WoW. I am thought leader on the subject Integrated (Project) Control. Together with colleagues I develop the strategy and vision to support change initiatives at our clients.
