I prospected and secured properties for sale in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, organising marketing packages, photographers, home interior stagers and various trades for vendors. Conducted open inspections using the Home Pass platform and completed sales and auction processes, together with completing numerous sales and training seminars and meetings.
Organised installation of solar systems in South Australia, and still currently providing this consultation.
Established the SA Division of this national company, utilising a serviced office prior to sourcingna large office/warehouse on South Road, Edwardstown. Built sales, warehouse, administration and installation teams of 26 staff plus numerous subcontractors, becoming the most successful state Clear Solar Division per capita in Australia. I was responsible for overseeing sales, administration, stock, installation and after sales service for over 2,500 residential and commercial solar power systems.
Established the fresh milk and dairy trade in the competitive Adelaide CBD market from zero base to 14 tons per week via strategic planning and cold calling. Assisted Parmalat SA’s sales and logistics processes for greater efficiency and sales volumes whilst developing an efficient forecasting and returns policy and procedure system.
