My educational and professional career has led me over three continents so far and allowed me to gain a better cross-cultural understanding as well as an out-of-the-box thinking. Growing up around a family-run hotel, I developed a deep love for the hospitality business from an early age on. Further interests have motivated me to discover also the IT, banking and healthcare industry.

• Elaboration of a detailed hotel opening project planning • Project implementation and coordination of the project team • Direct reporting to the Managing Director SV Hotel and presentations of the project progress to the board of directors • Development and implementation of a new type of casting day as well as recruiting of all hotel employees • Development and implementation of a training concept for the new hotel staff • Ensuring the success of the project as well as all processes and standards developed
