• Manage and execute various projects and initiatives for employees, including company events, kick-off, celebrations, happy hours, gifts, swag, etc. • Oversee project operations and welfare, including budgeting, planning, and delivery. • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality events and gifts, managing timelines, branding, and logistics. • Collect feedback and data to continuously optimize and improve employee's engagement, satisfaction and experience. • Oversee day-to-day office logistics and administration, including maintenance, repairs, supplies, and food orders. • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, including equipment setup and welfare coordination. • Provide support for all activities related to the employee lifecycle.
• Serving as the focal point for employees' and managers' administrative needs. • Responsible for finance operations: invoices, credit cards, payments, expense reports, payroll, etc. • Planning and executing company welfare activities: birthdays, happy hours, gifts, swag, etc. • Managing schedules, including coordinating multiple participants' meetings.
• Managing, leading and applying a strategic process of the content of large advertising budgets, and taking an active part in the creative and the production process. • Working in pressured and dynamic environment while handling and prioritizing multiple assignments on short deadlines. • Working with suppliers, Israeli content companies, influencers and media companies • Planning and implementing annual marketing budgets • Preparing bids and contracts for clients and vendors, and handle invoices and payments • Finding suitable vendors for projects.
• Managing highly valued clients in the office. • Leading the processes from the phase of receiving the brief from the client until the end of the campaign. • Working in pressured and dynamic environment while leading a large number of parallel missions.
