About

A 2024 graduate, I hold a B.A. from Colby College, where I was a student-athlete. I studied psychology and sociology and played for the women's soccer team. My favorite class was Classical Sociological Theory, where I learned about different theorists and their concerns with the individual and collective in a capitalist society. I am fascinated by human behavior and the psychological mind. I love making meaningful connections with others, and I believe that creativity is an essential part of work and personal life. Currently, I work for E-Motion, Inc., a nonprofit using movement, community, and ritual to support grievers in building resilience and strengthening their capacity to cope after loss. As an athlete, I appreciate the value of movement and community as integral to emotional and physical well-being, especially during the hardest of times. At E-Motion, I lead program management, social media and marketing, communications, strategic outreach, and development. I am passionate about deepening my work in mission-driven, community-centered spaces that nurture emotional literacy, honor the human experience, and foster authentic connection. Outside of work, you can find me enjoying a run by the river, playing pickup soccer, or building my creative writing practice. And, always on the hunt for the perfect matcha.
