Project Engineer on the ExxonMobil Rotterdam project.
Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, closing out and Profit and Loss of “spare parts” projects, related to various types of normal and highspeed gearboxes operating in industrial and maritime sectors. - Leading spare parts projects from contract to cash, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery - Coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and suppliers to secure availability, quality, and optimal lead times - Advising customers and managing expectations around delivery schedules, costs, and project scope - Arranging and coordinating subcontracting and procurement activities to support project execution - Ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient business operations - Identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance and mitigate issues early - Managing P&L, planning, and cost control to ensure financial and operational success - Coordinating reverse engineering projects to reproduce or redesign critical components when the original is obsolete, unavailable, or require improvement.
