As CEO of Peopleway A/S, I work at the intersection of behavioural psychology, AI, and organisational performance. For more than 16 years, I have focused on one problem that almost every organisation struggles with: the behaviour gap - the missing link between learning, leadership, operations, and business results. With a background in psychology, I’ve spent my career developing practical ways to strengthen human behaviour inside large organisations. This has led to our Human Behaviour Intelligence platform, which provides the behavioural architecture and data foundation companies need to improve performance in the AI era. Under my leadership, Peopleway has built LINK, Assist, and Flow solutions that: • define the behaviours required for business outcomes • capture behavioural data traditional systems cannot generate • reinforce real behaviour in real situations through Augmented Intelligence This approach has helped global enterprises improve learning transfer, leadership behaviour, operational consistency, fraud detection, and overall commercial performance. In the insurance sector, our technologies have doubled detection capability in key workflows by combining human expertise with AI-driven behavioural reinforcement. My philosophy is simple: AI should elevate people, not replace them. The future belongs to organisations that understand human behaviour deeply and use AI to reinforce the actions that matter most. I believe in building systems where humans and AI work together, making jobs more meaningful, decisions more precise, and performance more consistent.
