I excel at building collaborative relationships across vertical and horizontal boundaries to ensure sustainable change, with a strong focus on aligning people strategies with transformation goals. I work closely with Senior and Executive Management, leveraging my expertise to lead teams, manage change programs, and deliver impactful results. My qualifications include Change Management, Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Project Management Offices (PMO), Project and Portfolio Management (PMP), Business Relationship Management, Centers of Excellence, and leading Transformation and Turnaround initiatives.
Member of the T&I Change Management Centre of Excellence, driving the people side of DFDS’s M&A integration efforts across Spain and Morocco. I support several IT workstreams (Data & Analytics, Sales Systems, Retail Tech, ERP, HR and Operational systems), providing a mix of hands-on change management delivery and advisory support depending on project needs. Responsibilities include change planning, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, risk inputs, communications, training design support and ADKAR capability building for project teams. I partner with project managers to strengthen success on the people side and contribute to the maturity of DFDS’s change management approach within a diverse, multinational T&I organisation.
Responsible to drive the implementation and execution of a portfolio of business transformation initiatives across business functions as a result of transforming Solera to a global company. - Defined improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities. Facilitates and coaches teams on processes improvements on the new locations. - Led and delivered large, complex Process Excellence projects/initiatives as well as turnaround and restructuring projects resulting in the setup of new work locations. - Facilitated and managed adoption of business processes ensuring these are properly supported with local or corporate IT Systems, with focus on change management. - Responsible to support the organization in identifying projects that meet strategic objectives by working with all functions. - Proven change agent for early adoption initiatives or technology dissemination in alignment with corporate functions and goals during organizational ramp up initiatives - Executive facilitation on initiatives with focus on deliverables and short term gains, working in an agile enterprise model - Compliance advocate and facilitator as liaison between business and compliance stakeholders.
