In addition to the Project Management Office and Procurement perimeter, I have taken the responsibility of leading the QHSE team and policy of the company. Northland Power is a Canadian IPP developing and owning projects in offshore and onshore wind, solar and storage in various countries. We deal with very large projects in different technologies and complex environment. Understanding the risks, structuring solid delivery models at the different stages, deploying efficient processes and systems, are critical to consistently deliver our projects with success. That is what PMO, risk managers, cost managers, planners, document controllers do every day. I am fortunate to lead them on this path to project excellence. As we contract most of our works, choosing and managing wisely our suppliers and contractors plays a key role in our achievements. Our procurement and contractors managers fulfill this role with dedication under my care and permanent support. My last duty is to be the second set of eyes, overseeing the entire portfolio of projects of our Business Units., and working daily with my colleagues to solve issues and mitigate risks. That is why I am a board director of our 2 largest multi billion dollar projects - Hai Long in Taiwan and Baltic in Poland.

T-En School (Transition Entrepreneurship School) program - jointly managed by Grenoble INP - has the ambition of creating a tool contributing to the necessary transitions of our economy, society and technologies. Its main pillar is an innovative cursus mixing students from various disciplines (business, engineers ...) along with executives with several years of experience, working on selected transition topics and projects of innovation and company transformation. We believe that such a collective collaboration will result in innovative models and solutions, quickly tested and improved at a local model, and then accessible to the society to be adapted and scaled up. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity of doing my own professional transition after almost 25 years in the same environment by leading such a beautiful human adventure. A fantastic eye opener on the challenge in front of our world and on the need to develop new competencies and ways of thinking to find suitable answers.
