All type of project planning and project implementation with various regional and local teams and vendors. Comply with all policy, procedure and standards. Maintain Process & Procedure & Project Standards documentation, ensuring these documents are accurate and available, and that they conform to all Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies & requirements. Audit & Compliance requirements must be factored into the process. Support all Business Continuity requirements. Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports. Perform Project Risk Control and Self Assessment process and Departmental Control Functional Checklist processes. Project related vendor management. Support the Project Management Head in his principal functions such as budgeting, planning, and staffing, etc. related to his/her own unit. Definition of project requirements, resources and budget. Planning and implementation of the project within the approved timeline and budget. Preparation of project handover document to operation groups. Produce MIS reports for project, perform root cause analysis and take corrective action plans. Taking proactive approach to problems and initiate new project for the corrections. Investigate new technologies and opportunities to initiate new project to provide more effective service to customers, improve service quality and provide cost saving to the businesses.
