My approach to software engineering is highly informed by my education in chemistry and biology: An ample amount of research prep, an equal amount of plan designing and execution, topped with a heaping spoonful of wacky/logical creativity. I especially enjoy focusing on the small technical details that can make or break the functionality of an entire program. Anywhere I can do research and solve complex problems is somewhere I will be happy.
Cloud Infrastructure
- Implemented UI changes for 2FA for T-Mobile customers in the web app as a part of Frontline Experience Team. - Analyzed and enhanced existing authentication APIs and created new ones. - Lead deployments of 2FA code changes. - Implemented various features for the web app used by internal customer reps. - Prepared internal and 3rd party APIs for expansion of T-Mobile service to new markets. - Created multi-purpose Splunk dashboards for production support reps. - Ran security checks for APIs provided by the Frontline Experience Team.
