Establish the fundaments of ANH’s Business & Operational Management with a reliable 2-years IBP plan that is built bottom up and actively steered by the regional and global management teams to secure business growth: - Establishment of a smooth & efficient bottom-up demand review process (from subregion to global, well-defined accountabilities) which led to significant improvement of business forecast accuracy. - Leading of the monthly forecasting process, fully leveraged for supply management/ production planning and business management that embeds now financial planning (Budget and Revised Annual Forecast).
