Shaping and forming the Integrated Supply Chain organization with multiple connecting sub-sections: Supply Chain Planning, Contracting & Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Excellence. The objective of the introduction of this new SCM model is to enhance the Hydrocarbon Production System up-time safely while enabling the most competitive unit operating costs. I have been successful in sharpening processes, procedures and capability development within the Planning & Excellence, Commercial, Delivery and Warehousing areas that enabled a step change in the company’s Production Excellence roadmap. A clear focus on Post Award Contract Management of the Strategic and Tactical contracts has created a paradigm shift in Vendors actively contributing to Company performance and sustainably anchoring this. Community Development and Shared Service Agreements with other JV’s have been some of the critical success factors.
Two VP-awards for the Group-first integration and decluttering of Engineering Project work processes into the Operations Organization & Simplifying the Maintenance and SCM interfaces in to measurable bit-size connected parts. Connecting the Hydrocarbon Production System Availability & Unit Operating Cost to the Maintenance & Sourcing strategies which improved business outcome as part of the Global Production Excellence and Global Supply Chain Management agenda (8000 FTE). Development of Global Asset Management System section Manage Supply Chain. Global implementation methodology including measurement system for the deployment of Manage Supply Chain including interfaces to related processes like Maintenance Execution, Turn Around, Reliability, Project to Asset hand-over and Wells as a replacement of multiple legacy Global Standards. Introduction of a data driven measurement methodology to measure the health of this process was introduced to over 50 Companies. Specific focus was on Working Capital Reduction within the global warehouses.
EVP award for the deliver of the subsurface and Wells Data Management strategy with tangible bottom line impact. As part of the Global Production Excellence team, I was in charge to minimize Non Productive Time out of WRFM processes and ensuring Contracts are aligned with business requirements, driving Standard Work, Visual Control Boards, Facility Reviews (use of Operating Windows to drive the production system sweet spot). Co-developed the Advanced courses and delivered this to over 5500 professionals world wide. Facilitated building and delivering multiple improvement plans to close the gap to potential.
