-Delivered full SAP WM‑to‑EWM transitions across multiple MoD sites, modernizing warehouse operations and improving process stability. -Created a scalable EWM template now used as the MoD standard, accelerating rollouts and ensuring consistent best practices. -Managed SAP EWM integrations at LCW (Air Force) and Lettele (Ground Forces), including the world’s first EWM integration with a maintenance company. -Achieved on‑time delivery with zero‑downtime cutovers while maintaining full operational service levels.
