Pedro is recent graduate of the Master's of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and holds a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He brings a sophisticated command of commercial real estate across all asset classes. With a foundation in investment sales and capital markets—particularly multifamily, retail, and land—he is a sharp negotiator focused on capital preservation and portfolio growth. An engaged member of premier industry organizations including ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, and USC’s Trojan and Marshall Real Estate Associations, Pedro is deeply networked within the institutional real estate sphere. He serves on the board of a nonprofit addressing California’s housing crisis and remains committed to strategic development and community impact.
In my role as a Board Member at Hoover Intergenerational Child Care Center in Los Angeles, I led strategic initiatives to provide cost-free child care to eligible families. I collaborated with the board to create a high-quality intergenerational setting for children, fostering their positive contribution to the community through innovative programs and services.
Responsible for sourcing and executing investment sales transactions across multi family, retail, and industrial asset classes.
Competed and won National Championship representing CIM Group LA in CRE training and Executive speaker series with weekly live deal pitch competitions against 30 teams with students from over 70+ universities. Lead a team of students in national commercial real estate competition, consisting of investment thesis, market analysis, deal underwriting, valuation and financing of project culminating in presentation of offering. Undertook Real Estate Financial Modeling training and underwriting training program led by graduate professors from Columbia University Graduate school.
