Sole design engineer at Sharpi, an AI-powered sales platform that automates order capture and quoting for industrial distributors via WhatsApp. I owned the full product pipeline — UX research, UI design, frontend development, deployment, testing, analytics, and support. Everything from talking to users to shipping code. Key work: • Built a multi-tenant Next.js web app with real-time WhatsApp chat integration, a custom schema builder for tenant order configuration, role-based permissions (Clerk), and PostHog analytics to measure AI generation accuracy. • Designed and shipped a full-featured mobile app in under two months, driving +100 new users. • Conducted on-site field research at client HQs, observing sellers on legacy hardware (pre-2010 machines) to inform performance optimization and UX decisions. Primary software engineer across a 4-year partnership with Aparelho Studio, building and maintaining 8+ e-commerce platforms for brands including Osklen and Galpão 51. Shipped the Osklen e-commerce site, which won a Latin America Design Awards gold medal. Led internationalization (i18n) of the Galpão 51 platform and created a reusable Shopify theme template now powering multiple client storefronts including D.M. Brut and Drink Cana.
